Spring is here and these Flower Cupcakes are celebrating spring! Lemon Cupcakes topped with Coconut Buttercream make these cupcakes perfect for any spring fling. I made a short little video to just show you how I frosted each one, it is super easy if you have the right decorating tips. You can also change up the colors to make them brighter or different. Using Color Kitchen Foods for all our dyes, as usual. Have fun baking!

Baker’s Note: To make brighter colors you can double the amount of food coloring. You can also make different colors! To make these cupcakes gluten free, just substitute the cake flour for an organic gluten free flour blend.
