Q: How long do your cookies stay fresh?
A: Our cookies have no preservatives so they are best when eaten right away. They will stay fresh for a week in a sealed container or you may freeze them for up to 2 months. We suggest putting a piece of parchment paper or wax paper between them, then put in a sealed container and freeze, then just thaw and eat.

Q: How do the cookies come packaged?
A: Our cookies come packaged in releasable plastic bags with branding.

Q: How big are the cookies?
A: Our shortbread cookies, sandwich cookies and cookie pies are about 2-2.5" in diameter. Our soft cookies are 3" in diameter. 

Q: Do you offer gluten free cookies?
A: We offer to substitute a gluten free flour blend for most of our cookie options. We take precautions when baking cookies made with gluten free flour, but Mimi’s Cookie Bar is NOT a gluten free environment. To order gluten free cookies, visit the gluten free cookies page. Q: Do you offer vegan cookies?
A: Yes, you can find vegan cookies on the vegan cookies page for more options. We also offere vegan & gluten free cookies here

Q: What does “Vegan Gluten Free” mean?
A: Vegan means that no animal products are used. For us, that means we don’t use any butter or eggs (no dairy). And gluten free means no wheat is used. So, the Vegan Gluten Free cookies are wheat and dairy free. Find our vegan gluten free options on the vegan gluten free cookies page.

Q: What does "Paleo" mean?
A: Paleo means that the cookies are grain free, gluten free, peanut free and dairy free. There are eggs and nuts in paleo cookies. Find our Paleo Cookies here.

Q: Do you ship your French Macarons?
A: No, we are very sorry at this time we do not ship our French Macarons. They are very delicate and best when eaten the same day as baked. We want you to have the freshest cookies possible, so French Macarons are only offered in the bakery.

Q: Do you ship cake, cupcakes or pie?
A: At this time we do not ship cake, cupcakes or whole pies. We do ship out Sweet Cream Pies in a Jar, you can order them here

Q: How should the caramel sauce be stored?
A: Our caramel saue has no preservatives, so it's best kept in the fridge.

Q: Does Mimi’s Cookie Bar do events/parties/weddings?
A: Yes, if you are interested in using Mimi’s Cookie Bar for an event, please email our us at info@mimiscookiebar.com. You can also visit the weddings page for additional information about weddings.

Q: Do you do theme or specialty cakes?
A: We don't do theme or decorated cakes at this time. We offer pre-designed cakes that you can view on our Layer Cakes page here. We also offer tiered cakes in pre-designed options that you can view here. It never hurts to ask about a cake, so please call the bakery at 760.924.0877 or email us at info@mimiscookiebar.com to discuss your cake needs.

Q: Where can I find your ingredients list?

Q: How long will it take for my cookies to ship?
A: Mimi’s Cookie Bar works 7 days a week. Once the order is placed, Mimi’s Cookie Bar evaluates the best time to ship your order so you get the freshest cookies possible. This may mean waiting a day or two to bake and ship so that we are not shipping over a weekend. Orders must be in by 12pm Pacific time to be counted for that day. The best days to order cookies are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This will guarantee that your cookies will ship the following Monday. We only ship Mondays and Tuesdays for FedEx Express Saver. Orders placed Tuesday-Saturday will ship Mondays. Orders placed on Sundays-Mondays will ship on Tuesdays. For FedEx 2nd Day Air, orders placed Tuesdays-Saturdays will ship Monday. Orders placed Sundays will ship Tuesday, orders placed Mondays will ship Wednesdays. Mimi’s Cookie Bar wants to make sure you have the freshest cookies possible at your door! We also do NOT hold orders, so please make note of the shipping schedule when placing your order. If you are unsure and need help as to when your package will arrive, please email our customer service team at info@mimiscookiebar.com and we will be happy to assist you with placing your order so your cookies arrive on time. *Also, during the winter season, delays may occur due to weather that is out of our control. We do our very best to ship everything on time, but sometimes weather does not allow it and we will not ship a package if we know the FedEx plane is not leaving - this is so your cookies are not sitting alone in a cold storage area for days at a time. Sometimes we will hold orders until the following week if we are experiencing or expecting weather delays.

Q: What happens if my cookies do not arrive?
A: Mimi’s Cookie Bar ships to the address provied with your order. If it was an error on our part, we will re-ship the package at no additonal cost. If an incorrect address was given when the order was placed, a $15 re-ship fee per item (additional costs for Sweet Cream Pies) will be charged plus the cost of shipping.

Q: Is your only location in Mammoth Lakes, CA?
A: Yes, our only retail bakery location is in Mammoth Lakes, CA. We will be expanding soon, so please follow us on social media be first to know!
